Multilingual Service Desk Analyst (Dutch & French – Trilingual)
Location: One World Square, McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Are you fluent in Dutch and French with strong communication skills and a passion for technology? We're looking for customer-focused professionals to join our growing Service Desk team. Whether you're building your career or bringing valuable technical support experience, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment.
Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, with preference given to applicants holding a Permanent Resident Visa (PRV) or Temporary Resident Visa (TRV).

What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional technical support through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate and timely responses while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Manage service requests and incidents in line with established processes and service levels.
Escalate complex issues using defined escalation procedures when necessary.
Build expertise in support tools, systems, products, and internal processes.
Stay up to date with operational procedures, product updates, and company policies.
Collaborate closely with colleagues, management, and clients to ensure effective issue resolution.
Support the Service Desk team with non-complex work orders and additional operational tasks as assigned.
Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules and break periods.

What We're Looking For
Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written).
At least 2 years of technical support or IT Help Desk experience.
Service Desk experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced technical support environment.
Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
