What You'll Do

Deliver professional customer support in Bahasa Indonesia through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Assist customers by resolving inquiries and providing timely, effective solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
Support Collections and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes when required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent Bahasa Indonesia language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate confidently and naturally in a professional environment.
Strong understanding of complex conversations and implied meanings.
Good working knowledge of English, as training and company systems are conducted in English.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in Quezon City or relocate if currently based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
