Wipro Eton Centris is urgently hiring for Project Home - UK Financial Collections CS Account. We are looking for candidates with Mortgage and US/UK banking experience. Earn up to 20% salary increase plus 40K joining bonus when you join this account.

*Job Details:*

*Role:* Customer Service - Mortgage Experience - Project Home - UK Financial Collections

*Location:* Eton Centris, Quezon City - Onsite

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle UK Financial / Mortgage / Collections inquiries

- Assist customers with banking and mortgage-related concerns

- Provide accurate information and timely resolution

- Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Comply with banking regulations and company policies

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate Old Curriculum / Senior High School / 2nd Year College Completed up to College Graduate

- With at least 1 year hands-on Mortgage experience or similar role in US banking or financial services

- Must have 1 to 2 years US or UK banking and telephony / voice experience

- Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City

- Can start ASAP

*Compensation & Benefits:*

- Up to 20% hike from last drawn basic salary

- Additional PHP 2,400 monthly allowance depending on experience

- PHP 40,000 Joining Bonus
