Build Enterprise-Scale Monitoring & Observability Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise monitoring platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, AIOps, Azure Monitor, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), observability frameworks, automation, and cloud monitoring architectures. You will work closely with architecture teams and business stakeholders to build intelligent monitoring solutions that improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise Monitoring, Observability, and Event Management solutions.
Lead the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and AIOps integrations.
Develop enterprise monitoring standards, governance, and best practices.
Design monitoring solutions for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS applications.
Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams across multiple technology domains.
Build proactive monitoring strategies using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, telemetry, synthetic monitoring, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
Integrate monitoring alerts into ServiceNow ITOM for automated incident management.
Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, APIs, and DevOps practices.
Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging observability technologies.
Analyze application and infrastructure performance issues and recommend architectural improvements.
Support continuous improvement through platform upgrades, optimization, and automation.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

5+ years of experience in IT Monitoring, Observability, Infrastructure Monitoring, or related technical roles.
3+ years of experience as an IT Architect, Monitoring Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role.
Extensive experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and alert integrations.
Strong experience with enterprise monitoring and Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
Experience designing monitoring solutions in Azure Cloud environments.
Experience working with DevOps and Infrastructure Automation.
