JOB TITLE: Microsoft Intune Engineer

WORK SET UP: Onsite in Cebu City

WORK SHIFT: Shifting

Note: (Salary is confidential and the final salary offer will depend on the client and project they will be assigned)

Summary: You will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members, analyzing system performance, and providing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also interact with various stakeholders to ensure that the systems function smoothly and meet business requirements

.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

• Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Subject Matter Advisor-level proficiency in Microsoft Intune

Additional Good To Have Skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in MS Intune

• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

• Strong understanding of mobile device management principles

• Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and services

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Willing to work in Cebu office

Additional Information:
