Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱33,000 per month (depending on relevant work experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Billing Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing or healthcare support and a strong understanding of billing processes, insurance claims, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage medical billing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Review, verify, and submit insurance claims while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denied claims, and payment issues.

Communicate with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals

Explain medical billing statements, insurance coverage, and payment responsibilities

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Ensure patient information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with data privacy regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing accuracy and resolve complex account issues.

Meet productivity, quality, and service level expectations

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Medical Billing, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Healthcare Customer Support.

Strong understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Applicants must be 50 years old or younger.
