About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Pre-sales & Solutions with a strong background in BPO Service Desk pre-sales, bid management, and IT consulting. The ideal candidate will lead solution development for major bids, drive business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals and innovative client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the solution design and strategy for major Service Desk bids and opportunities.
Drive business development activities and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Develop compelling proposals and competitive bid responses.
Standardize bid tools, templates, best practices, and knowledge repositories.
Collaborate with business units to create innovative and client-focused solutions.
Support the transition from sales to delivery and ensure successful project handover.
Participate in industry forums and contribute to CGI's thought leadership initiatives.
Mentor and expand solution architecture capabilities within the organization.
Ensure compliance with CGI's Business Engineering Management Framework (BEMF).

Qualifications

College Graduate
Minimum 3 years of experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) within a consulting organization, covering both sales and delivery.
Strong pre-sales and bid management experience in a BPO Service Desk environment.
Proven track record in strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and closing complex IT consulting opportunities.
Strong understanding of public sector procurement, digital transformation, and client engagement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
BEMF Training is required.
Service Desk delivery experience is highly preferred.
