*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

We are hiring a *Manager - Marketing Operations & Automation - B2B ABM* for Hybrid setup in McKinley, Taguig! We're looking for a highly skilled Marketing Ops Manager to drive Growth Marketing efforts, lead marketing automation, optimize campaign operations, maintain data integrity, manage lead lifecycle, and scale demand generation.

Role: Manager - Marketing Operations & Automation - B2B ABM

Location: McKinley, Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days WFH)

Salary: PHP 120,000 - 130,000

- Lead B2B Growth Marketing operations and automation for digital-first organization

- Own end-to-end campaign ops and ABM execution

*YOUR ROLE:*

*1. Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution*

- Build, launch, and optimize automated campaigns across email, paid media, social, and ABM channels

- Manage audience segmentation, lead scoring models, and nurture journeys in Marketo or similar MAP

- Own end-to-end campaign ops: tracking, QA, deployment, and reporting

*2. System & Data Management*

- Manage key components of the marketing tech stack - Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools

- Ensure data hygiene, governance, lead routing, deduplication, and enrichment

*3. Performance Measurement & Insights*

- Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI

- Translate data into actionable insights to improve targeting, efficiency, and effectiveness

*4. ABM & Personalization*

- Execute account-based campaigns, intent-based targeting, and personalized outreach using Demandbase or similar ABM platforms

- Work with Sales to streamline ABM programs and ensure smooth lead handoff

*5. Process Optimization*

- Identify bottlenecks in marketing workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions

- Create SOPs, documentation, and enablement materials for cross-functional teams

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

- 4-7 years in Marketing Operations / Growth Marketing, ideally in B2B, digital-first organizations

- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, Marketo (or similar MAP), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, and data governance

- Experience in dashboard creation, funnel analysis, and campaign performance optimization

- Familiarity with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) and BI tools is a plus

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
