Job Description

We are seeking Logistics Support Coordinators to assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery concerns, and order updates while providing timely and professional customer support.

Qualifications

At least Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate

At least 1 year of customer service or logistics-related experience is an advantage

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willing to work onsite

Willing to work on shifting schedules
