JOB TITLE: Khmer Speaker - Multilingual Account - 60K-113K + 20K Sign-On Bonus - ASAP Start

Location: Quezon City - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Shift: Shifting / Night Shift

Salary: Php 60,946 - 113,346 Negotiable + Php 20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Incentives

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are urgently hiring 4 Khmer Language Speakers for a Multilingual account in Quezon City! Open to candidates with or without BPO experience. If you are fluent in Khmer and have working knowledge of English, this is for you.

- Open to Filipino and non-Filipino applicants (Temporary Resident Visa accepted)

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email

- Provide customer support in both English and Khmer language

- Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing, product info, and general support

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive experience

- Communicate clearly and professionally across different cultures

- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems

- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Fluent in Khmer language (speak fluently and spontaneously)

- Can use Khmer effectively in a professional environment

- Can understand complex and extended conversations including implied meanings

- Working knowledge of English (training and systems are in English)

- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience

- Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required

- Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required

- Must be eligible to work in PH with valid working VISA

- Accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants

- Available to start ASAP
