Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Rotating/Shifting Schedule (Including Night Shift)

What You'll Do

As a Khmer Customer Service Representative, you will:

Provide professional customer support in Khmer and English
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
Assist customers with:
- Account inquiries
- Billing concerns
- Product and service information
- Service requests
- General customer support
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions using company systems
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets
Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

We welcome both experienced professionals and first-time BPO applicants.

Required Qualifications

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Khmer (Cambodian)
Ability to communicate naturally and professionally with native Khmer speakers
Good working knowledge of English (training, documentation, and internal systems are in English)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts
Legally authorized to work in the Philippines
Must possess a valid Philippine Work Visa or Temporary Resident Visa (for non-Filipino applicants)

Preferred Qualifications

The following are advantageous but not required:

Customer Service or BPO experience
Collections experience
Experience supporting international customers
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
Experience using CRM or customer support systems
