Junior QA Analyst (ERP Testing)
Level: Junior
Location: Manila
Work Setup: Onsite / Hybrid (as required)
Salary: 50,000
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior QA Analyst with ERP background to support functional testing activities across business applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in manual testing, regression testing, and ERP systems, with solid knowledge of Agile and SDLC processes.
This role requires someone who is analytical, organized, and passionate about ensuring software quality through structured testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases
Assess requirements for testability and prepare test scenarios and test data
Log, retest, and close defects following defect lifecycle processes
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in Agile environments
Ensure compliance with SDLC and industry QA best practices
Document testing processes, results, and reports clearly and accurately
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
Strong experience in Regression Testing
Hands-on Manual Testing with solid knowledge of the Defect Lifecycle
Experience working in Agile methodology
Experience in Integration Testing
Good understanding of the SDLC process
At least 1 year of experience testing ERP applications
Good-to-Have Skills
Test Plan preparation
Performance testing
Automation script creation and execution
Azure Test Plans and Azure DevOps Dashboards
Basic SQL and scripting knowledge
Experience testing ERP systems such as D365
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2–3 years of experience in Software QA Testing
Ability to develop test scenarios and prepare test data
Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
Experience in defect tracking and lifecycle management
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented documentation skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Preferred Profile
4+ years of QA experience is an advantage
Experience with automation testing tools
Proactive learner, open to new tools and technologies
Strong passion for technology and quality assurance
