Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
The Associate should have strong knowledge and experience on
• Regression Testing
• Manual testing experience with Defect lifecycle knowledge
• Should have experience in Agile methodology
• Integration Testing
• SDLC process
• Should be amenable to work onsite in Taguig and can start immediately
• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
• Not a current or former employee of the TCS
Good-to-Have:
• Preparation of Test Plan
• Performance Testing
• Automation Script Creation and Execution
• Azure Test plan and Azure DevOps Dashboards
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experienced in ERP testing
• Maximo
• Sales Force
• Service Now
• SAP HR, Payroll, Procurement
Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BcS) or College recognition in Computer Science,
Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of experience
and education
• Ability to assess requirements for testability
• Develop test scenarios, functional test cases and test data preparation
• Executing test cases both Functional, Regression and Integration test cases
• Logging, retesting, and closing of defects
• UAT Support
• General technical IT skills, with knowledge of industry testing best practices
• Ability to communicate technical issues at a level that is easily comprehensible to
the audience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong logic and analytical skills
• Organized and detailed documentation skills
• Strong work ethic with a focus on quality, results, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi-task, switch and prioritize between several projects or tasks at
once
Other Valuable Assets
• 4 and above years testing experience in Software QA testing
• Preparation of Test Plan
• Automation Script Creation and Execution
• Driven to invest time in learning new tools, environments, and technologies
• Continuously learning about and trying out new test ideas
