About the Role
Are you passionate about keeping online platforms safe, secure, and trustworthy? We are looking for a analytical Trust and Safety Specialist with strong technical chops to join our team.
In this role, you won't just monitor content—you will use SQL to dive into data, detect fraudulent patterns, identify system vulnerabilities, and help enforce platform policies at scale. If you love solving puzzles using data, this is the role for you.
What We Are Looking For
Technical Experience:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with SQL (querying databases, filtering data, and generating reports).
Education:
High School Graduate / Senior High School (SHS) Graduate OR
College Graduate of any IT-related course (Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, etc.).
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
High attention to detail and a keen eye for security/policy violations.
Key Responsibilities
Write and execute SQL queries to analyze user behavior, detect fraudulent activities, and flag policy violations.
Monitor, review, and investigate reported accounts, transactions, or content to ensure community safety.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine automated detection rules and fraud filters.
Translate raw data findings into actionable insights to improve Trust & Safety workflows.
Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and policy decisions.
