JOB TITLE: Travel Support Representative - Airlines - Onsite Cebu - Shifting Schedule

Location: Wipro Cebu - Onsite

Work Setup: Shifting / Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Airlines Account at Wipro Cebu. This is an onsite role for candidates with excellent English communication skills who are passionate about travel and customer service.

Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and general inquiries

Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism

Resolve issues efficiently and accurately document customer interactions

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Meet targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Option 1:

College Graduate - with or without BPO experience - with C1 level English - excellent communication skills, close to Standard American English accent

Option 2:

Completed at least 2nd year in college with no failing subjects + at least 6 months BPO experience + good to excellent English communication skills

Additional Requirements:

Willing to work 100% onsite in Wipro Cebu

Willing to be assigned to an Airlines account
