Chat/Email Support – Music Streaming Account
Onsite | Sutherland Shaw, Mandaluyong
We’re hiring Japanese-English bilingual support agents for a non-voice role with a leading music streaming platform.
Role: Respond to 60–70 customer emails daily, resolve issues, meet service standards, and escalate concerns when needed.
Qualifications:

Filipino or Foreigner (SRRV/Marriage Visa only)

At least High School Graduate

Fluent in English (B2 level) and Japanese (read/write/speak)

Residing in Metro Manila and willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
Total Package: PHP 127,500 – 129,550

Basic: PHP 23,500 – 25,500

Allowances: PHP 4,050

Premium Pay: PHP 100,000
