Job Title: Insurance & Healthcare CSR - Cebu Onsite - Up to 34K for Nurses - EXL

About the Role:

EXL Cebu is urgently hiring for our Life Insurance Account. This account is open to SHS grads, College Undergrads, Nursing Grads/Undergrads, and Medical Allied courses. Earn up to 34K if you have a Nursing background!

Salary & Benefits:

- Up to PHP 23K for Non-Nursing candidates

- Up to PHP 34K for Nursing candidates

Qualifications:

1. Non-Nursing Applicants:

- At least Senior High School Graduate / Completed 2 years in college

- Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience

2. Nursing Applicants - Up to 34K:

- BS Nursing 3rd Year Undergrad or Nursing Graduate

- With or without BPO experience

3. Medical Allied Applicants:

- Completed any Medical Allied course - at least 3rd Year Undergrad

- Minimum 6 months BPO Voice experience

Other Requirements:

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Amenable to shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
