Job title: Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant
Work Set-up: Onsite in Taguig
Work shift: Mid-Night shift
Salary range: Up to PHP 100,000
Headcount: 2
Non-negotiable:
• 4–7 years of experience working with Infor M3 SCM modules.
• Strong understanding of key supply chain processes.
• Proven experience in application support or AMS environments for Infor M3.
• Hands-on experience with incident and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Ability to perform system configuration, testing, and functional troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience with various M3 versions, including Infor M3 Cloud Suite (CE) will be an advantage.
• ITIL Foundation certification or experience in ITIL-based service delivery.
• Exposure to a global support environment or 24x7 AMS delivery model.
Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant to join our ERP Application Management Services (AMS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, system maintenance, and process optimization within Infor M3 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This position requires strong supply chain domain knowledge and hands-on functional experience in Infor M3 to ensure stable and efficient business operations across client environments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
-Provide functional expertise in Infor M3 SCM modules.
-Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within established SLA timelines.
-Analyze user issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective or preventive actions.
-Propose and execute configuration changes or process improvements to enhance system performance.
-Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system integration or data-related issues.
-Support core supply chain operations such as procurement, inventory reconciliation, and order fulfillment.
-Prepare and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, functional specifications, and training materials.
-Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and train junior consultants.
