Hiring: Vietnamese Speaking Agent - No Exp Required - Philippines - With TRV

Location: Philippines - Hybrid / Onsite

Work Setup: Shifting / Onsite

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring Vietnamese Bilingual CSRs to support our Vietnamese-speaking customers. Premium pay for bilingual skills - fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Role: Vietnamese Bilingual CSR

Location: Philippines - Hybrid / Onsite (depends on site)

Work Setup: Shifting / Onsite

Your Role:

Support customers in Vietnamese and English through phone, chat, and email

Assist with inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and account-related issues

Provide excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently

Accurately document all customer interactions in company systems

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions

Meet targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Who were looking for:

Native or fluent in Vietnamese with strong professional communication skills

Conversational English - Training and systems are in English

No BPO experience required - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience in Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) is a plus but not required

Must be eligible to work in the Philippines

Foreign nationals with valid Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) are welcome to apply

Skills Needed:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
