Job Title: USRN Coder / Medical Coder
Work Setup: Work From Home
Location/Site: MOA / Iloilo / Cebu
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Headcount:
Target Start Dates: July 20 and August 10

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Basic Pay: PHP 50,000
Complexity Allowance: PHP 6,500
Coding Allowance: PHP 20,000
Standard Allowance: PHP 2,675
Total Package: PHP 79,175

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring experienced USRN Coders / Medical Coders with strong expertise in healthcare coding and medical coding systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding, along with relevant medical coding certification and active professional licenses.

This is a Work From Home opportunity for qualified candidates with experience in medical coding, surgical coding, ID review, medical administration, auditing, and/or denials management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

2–3 years of Medical Coding / Healthcare Coding experience
Strong experience in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS Medical Coding Systems
Active CPC or CPMA Certification
Active PRC License
Active Mainland USRN License
Experience in ID Review, Surgical Coding, Medical Administration, Auditing, and/or Denials
Must have PHP 100K SOB
Work From Home setup
Former or current EXL employees are not eligible

USRN Coder, Registered Nurse Coder, Medical Coder, Healthcare Medical Coding, Clinical Coding, Medical Coding Specialist, ICD-10, CPT Coding, HCPCS Coding, Surgical Coding, Medical Claims, Claims Review, ID Review, Medical Auditing, Healthcare Auditing, Denials Management, Medical Administration, CPC, CPMA, PRC License, Mainland USRN License.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
