Role: Healthcare Voice Support - Iloilo Onsite

Location: Iloilo City - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule including Weekends & Holidays

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle inbound healthcare inquiries with empathy and professionalism via voice

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns on first contact

- Accurately document all interactions and maintain updated customer records

- Achieve quality scores, KPIs, and performance targets consistently

- Adapt to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- College Grad with at least 6 months work experience OR

- Undergraduate: Completed 2nd year / 72 units with at least 1 year BPO experience

- Passionate about customer service with a strong service mindset

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical thinker with good problem-solving ability

- Proficient in MS Office applications and internet navigation

- Flexible, reliable, and willing to work onsite in Iloilo on shifting schedule
