Resolve healthcare and technical inquiries.
Troubleshoot system and account issues.
Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
Document interactions accurately.
Qualifications:
Min. 1 year Healthcare or Technical experience – required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
Amenable to Work On Site Arrangement (WOSA).
