We are hiring Healthcare Customer Support Associates to assist members with healthcare-related inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
Healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
