Role Overview:
Join our Healthcare Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will assist patients, providers, and clients with healthcare inquiries, appointment scheduling, billing questions, and general support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle healthcare-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with appointment scheduling and patient records.
Resolve billing and insurance-related concerns.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet performance metrics and quality standards.

Qualifications:

College Graduate – with at least 6 months BPO experience.
Completed 2 years in college (72+ units) – with 12 months of any work experience.
Good customer service orientation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing.
Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
