Job Description:

Sagility Iloilo is currently hiring for Healthcare Associates. This is an onsite role with a shifting schedule, perfect for candidates looking to build a career in the healthcare BPO industry.

Qualifications:

- College Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience, OR

- Completed at least 2 years in college (72 units) with 12 months work experience in any industry

- Good customer service orientation

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good analytical skills

- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo
