Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through quality service.

Follow company policies and account-specific procedures.

Qualifications

At least a High School or Senior High School graduate (depending on account requirements).

Good English communication skills.

Willing to work onsite in Manila .

Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required for selected accounts.
