Qualifications

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

Experience in customer service, fraud operations, or financial services is an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work onsite

Willing to work on shifting schedules
