Role Overview:
Join our Fast Food Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service for a leading fast-food brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls regarding orders, deliveries, and account concerns.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.
Process orders, refunds, and account updates.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months BPO experience (International Voice) – required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
