About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director, Consulting Delivery (Canadian Wealth Management) to lead end-to-end service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic client engagement within a Canadian Wealth Management portfolio.

This leadership role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in BPO, consulting delivery, operations leadership, and Canadian Wealth Management, who have a proven ability to drive business growth, manage high-performing teams, and build strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Business Development

Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Identify business growth opportunities and support new business initiatives.
Partner with clients to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions.
Contribute to strategic account planning and business development activities.

Operations Leadership

Lead end-to-end service delivery while ensuring operational excellence and SLA compliance.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational performance.
Monitor business performance through forecasting and reporting.

Financial Management

Own and manage the business unit's Profit & Loss (P&L).
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
Develop financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

People Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop managers and leadership teams.
Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance, and data privacy standards.
Support risk management and maintain operational controls across all engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
12+ years of experience in BPO, consulting delivery, or operations leadership.
Extensive experience supporting Canadian Wealth Management operations.
Strong knowledge of Canadian financial regulations, investment operations, and wealth management processes.
Experience managing North American clients in a multi-site delivery environment.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, financial management, and business development skills.
Stable employment history.
