Job Title: Development Team Lead Agiloft

Work Location: ADB Office Mandaluyong

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)

Salary range: 130,000 to 140,000

Scope of Work/Responsibilities (Summary):

End-to-End Solution Delivery:

Oversee design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of Agiloft solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Translate business needs into technical specifications through engagement with BAs, SMEs, and stakeholders.

Team & Vendor Management:

Lead internal and external Agiloft developers, setting standards and ensuring quality.

Agile Project Management:

Plan and manage sprints, timelines, and resources using Agile or hybrid approaches. Facilitate ceremonies and delivery planning.

Technical Leadership:

Address complex technical issues, ensure compliance, and support integrations with other enterprise systems.

Solution Design & Customization:

Create custom tables, workflows, business rules, scripts, and UI within Agiloft, ensuring scalability and security.

Testing & Documentation:

Oversee system testing and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation.

Training & Change Management:

Support onboarding, training, and adoption activities to maximize ROI.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

Track performance, user feedback, and new technologies for ongoing platform optimization.

Reporting & Communication:

Provide regular updates, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and ITD standards.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proven experience configuring and developing within the Agiloft platform or similar low-code/no-code enterprise platforms

• Strong understanding of business process management, workflow automation, and system integration

• Proficiency in scripting languages, APIs, and data migration techniques incl. Agiloft integration methods and template scripting.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum & hybrid methodologies for at least 4 years.

• Should be amenable to work on a hybrid set up in Mandaluyong

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Proven experience configuring and developing within the Agiloft platform or similar low-code/no-code enterprise platforms

• Proficiency in scripting languages, APIs, and data migration techniques incl. Agiloft integration methods and template scripting.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with platform updates

• As per above

CERTIFICATION (if applicable)

• Agiloft academy or equivalent certification is highly desirable
