NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – TELCO VOICE ACCOUNT

Are you an experienced Telco Customer Service Representative looking for your next big opportunity? If you have a passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
Handle customer inquiries, account concerns, and service requests
Provide timely and effective solutions through voice support
Deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting performance goals
Qualifications:
High School/Senior High School Graduate
Minimum of 1 year Call Center Experience
At least 6 months Telco Voice Support experience is required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary Package:

Work Setup: 100% ON-SITE
This is a strictly office-based position. Applicants must be willing to work onsite.
