Corporate Account Manager – Retail, Airline, Telco & Healthcare Accounts
Job Description:
Manage and grow strategic corporate accounts across Retail, Airline, Telecommunications, and Healthcare sectors.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals.
Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and sales reports.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations.
Achieve assigned sales and account management targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Corporate Sales or Account Management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience handling enterprise clients across multiple industries is an advantage.
