Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service through various communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications required
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K–12).
- Candidates who have completed at least 2 years in college are also welcome to apply.
- At least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer navigation and data entry skills.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
