Join one of the leading telecommunications accounts under Concentrix Alabang. We are looking for customer-focused and results-driven individuals who can provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer concerns, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Successful candidates will handle account inquiries, service concerns, billing-related issues, and other customer support functions while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications:
At least Senior High School Graduate
With at least 6 months BPO Experience
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Alabang
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Salary Package:
₱21,000 – ₱27,500
