We are looking for passionate, customer-focused, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for an exciting Online Video Sharing Account. Position Details

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Online Video Sharing Account

Employment Type: Project-Based (4 Months)

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: Vertis North, Quezon City

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

What You'll Do

- Provide professional customer support through various communication channels.

- Assist users with account-related concerns, platform navigation, and general inquiries.

- Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and effective communication.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with team members and support functions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years in College with no back subjects

Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Willing to work onsite in Vertis North

Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required

Must not have been connected with an Online Search Engine Account within the last 3 months prior to joining

Open to Project-Based Employment (4 Months)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package: ₱22,000 (All-In)

Completion Bonus: ₱25,000 upon successful completion of the 4-month project, subject to company guidelines and attendance requirements
