WE'RE RECRUITING – INBOUND & OUTBOUND CALL AGENTS

Are you persuasive, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone?

Join our team as an Inbound & Outbound Call Agent!

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming customer calls

Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers

Explain products, services, or solutions clearly

Follow up with customers

Handle objections and customer concerns professionally

Achieve daily/weekly performance targets

Update call records accurately

What we're looking for:

Excellent communication skills

Confidence when speaking on the phone

Good English proficiency

Goal-oriented mindset

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work with targets

Previous call center experience is a plus, but motivated applicants are welcome to apply.
