RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide accurate information and solutions.
- Assist with account, billing, payment, order and service concerns.
- Maintain customer records and meet performance targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to learn and work on shifting schedules.
- BPO experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants are welcome.
