Role Overview:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our FINANCIAL Account. Your purpose is to support customers with banking, billing, and financial product inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality. This is Work On-Site Only in Lagos.
**Salary Package:** ₱27,000 Monthly
**Start Date:** Immediate Hiring
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
2. Provide accurate information about financial products and services
3. Address customer concerns and complaints with courtesy and speed
4. Maintain confidential records of customer interactions and transactions
5. Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve cases efficiently
Qualifications and Skills Required:
1. High School or Senior High School Graduate
2. At least 6 months Call Center experience required
3. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is an advantage
5. Strong integrity and ability to work under pressure
6. Willing to work on site in Lagos
