JOIN OUR TEAM – CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
We're expanding our customer support team and looking for motivated people who are ready to build their careers in customer service.
Position: Contact Center Representative
Key Duties:
• Respond to customer requests through calls
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Follow company procedures and service standards
• Maintain professionalism during every interaction
Qualifications:
Strong spoken English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
Good attention to detail
Positive and professional attitude
Previous customer service experience is a plus
