We’re looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. No experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
•⁠ ⁠Resolve billing, account, and service-related concerns.

•⁠ ⁠Meet quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠At least 18 years old.
•⁠ ⁠At least Senior High School (K-12) Graduate.
•⁠ ⁠Good English communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠No BPO experience required.
•⁠ ⁠Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
•⁠ ⁠Basic computer skills.
