Location: Vertis North, Quezon City Work Setup: Onsite Employment Type: Project-Based
Job Overview
We are seeking customer-focused professionals to support a global online video-sharing platform. This role involves reviewing customer concerns, providing account-related assistance, and ensuring a positive user experience while adhering to established platform policies and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries through appropriate communication channels. • Review and assess user-reported content in accordance with platform guidelines. • Provide accurate resolutions while maintaining service quality standards. 
Qualifications
• Completed at least two (2) years of college education. • Minimum of six (6) months BPO or customer service experience. • Strong English communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.


Preferred Experience
• Content Moderation • Trust and Safety Operations • Social Media Support • Online Platform Support
