Profile one
Graduate of any Allied sciences, Social sciences, Social work, Human sciences or any related field ( Physical therapy, Rad tech, Nutrition and dietetics)
Non licence except Nursing grads
Experience
Minimum of one year in direct patient care: long term care, Home and community based services, hospital/facility setting and care management.
Working with managed care organizations including Medicare and/or Medicaid recipients.
Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes.
Profile two
Associate graduate (any courses) with 2 years call center experience ( Healthcare member international account) - non negotiable
