Customer Service Associate Qualifications: -CSRs with at least 1 year CSR experience in an Insurance OR Finance OR Health account (combined should be acceptable too, e.g. 6 months in Insurance account and 6 months in Finance account totaling to 1 year overall) -Amenable to work in Gateway Cubao -Open to undergraduate with relevant work experience -Work Background/Experience in General: Must be open to BPO & Non-BPO Experience Salary: 22k-28k basic with 50k Signing Bonus Start ASAP!
