*Shift:* Shifting Schedule (Flexible for Night Shift)

*Job Overview:*

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME)

- Collaborate and manage the team to ensure high performance

- Make key team decisions and engage with multiple teams

- Provide solutions to complex problems across teams

- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing

- Identify process improvements and implement best practices

- Participate in project planning and estimation for timely delivery

*Required Qualifications:*

- Minimum of 5 years experience in *IBM Db2 (Expert Level)*

- Proficiency in *Natural*

- Strong knowledge in database design and optimization

- Experience in SQL and performance tuning

- Familiar with Agile methodologies

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

*Must be:*

- Amenable to work Onsite in Manila

- Amenable to Shifting / Night Shift schedule

- Willing to travel for client/project engagements if required
