ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for Customer Service Agents for our Insurance Account at WNS Bridgetowne, Quezon City! Earn up to PHP 26,000 monthly package plus premium benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Handle insurance-related customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and support

- Follow standard processes and maintain quality
- Meet performance and productivity targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- SHS Graduate or completed 2nd Year College
- At least 1 year BPO voice experience
- Good communication skills
- Open to Insurance account
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
