Customer Service Representative

High School graduate (Old/ New Curriculum)
Must have 1-year BPO experience with at least 6 months in an international voice account
Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Technical Support Agent
Consumer Electronics Account
High School graduate (Old/ New Curriculum) or at least 2 years in vocational/bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, of which 6 months are in a technical account.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
