Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Satellite TV and Entertainment Accounts

Role Overview:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Satellite TV and Entertainment accounts. You will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and support while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers
- Assist with product information, technical concerns, billing, and account support
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality metrics
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Follow company and client processes and procedures

Qualifications:
- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, to College Graduate
- Strictly with at least 6 months of BPO or Call Center experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite in Concentrix Diliman
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays
