FINANCIAL ACCOUNT At least High School (HS) Senior High School (SHS) graduate completed at least 2 years in college WITHat least 6 months of BPO experience • 15% Night-Shift Differential • HMO on Day 1 + 1 free dependent • Paid Sick Leave (SL) & Vacation Leave (VL)13th Month PayHas Strong English communication skills (B2 level)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsGood customer service orientation with strong communication and interpersonal skillsSolid analytical skillsExperience with NPS & CSAT is a plusWilling to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
