- Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, ideally within a B2B setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone and email demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an advantage.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree | with READY TO SUBMIT Diploma and TOR
