We're Hiring: CIS Functional Support Analyst

Location: Parañaque City (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Work Schedule: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Employment Type: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CIS Functional Support Analyst to design, implement, and support enterprise system integrations between SAP and client applications. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in SAP interfaces, system integration, data mapping, testing, and business process analysis.

You will collaborate with business users, technical teams, and clients to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality integration solutions while ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for system integrations.
Design interface solutions and perform SAP data mapping using standard tables and BAPI fields.
Prepare functional and technical specifications.
Develop and execute test plans for Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
Support deployment, production rollout, and post-implementation activities.
Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
Monitor interface performance and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Document processes, technical designs, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in SAP functional support, system integration, or interface development.
Strong knowledge of SAP SD, MM, EWM, and related business processes.
Experience with SAP ERP/ECC HANA and SAP EWM.
Hands-on experience with interface formats such as XML, IDOC, EDIFACT, X12, CSV, and Excel.
Experience with SFTP, APIs, SAP CPI, and AS2 integration technologies.
Strong understanding of SAP Standard Tables and BAPI mapping.
Experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
